On all its sites, the Autonomous Port of Paris is marketing:

  • fully-serviced industrial land for you to construct your own buildings and facilities, or we can handle turnkey design of your premises.

  • a variety of warehouse facilities to be adapted to your needs, with or without office space,
  • office and business space.

PAP prices are inclusive of all condominium fees, and there are no commission or additional charges. Sliding-scale price discounts are also granted for use of river transport. All of which goes to guarantee competitive rental costs and no nasty surprises!
