The Agency's territory stretches from Vitry-Port-à-l'Anglais Dam in the Val-de-Marne to Suresnes Dam in the Hauts-de-Seine. It manages a network of 26 urban ports, 18 short and long-stay ports of call and a marina on a body of water without a lock.

Tourism, goods and heritage

As well as being secured, the facilities are also carefully integrated into their urban environment and contribute to life in the city.
19 urban ports are located along the 24km of river between the two dams on the Seine.
Many are close to prestigious historic monuments. In addition, the ports between the Sully and Bir-Hakeim bridges are part of the Banks of the Seine site featured on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Flooding information and guidelines

This pratical guide has been designed to inform users of the Seine based along the banks of the river, and to help them organise and manage their boats during flooding. (Last update: February 2007).
After some general information about flooding, the working of the Paris reach and a reminder of some of the rules to be observed in high-water periods, you will find some general rules on how to moor a boat and how to manage it during flooding.
A memo lists sources of useful information and where to get flooding forecasts.
